ABOUT THE ROLE

InEvent is launching a one-year Graduate Take-Off Program open to students and recent graduates from all around the world. The program aims to provide candidates with practical training and skill development opportunities needed to identify potential areas of strength and establish a professional foothold. You gain hands-on experience and develop skills that are in demand in the job market while also contributing to the overall goal of our company. The fantastic part of this is that you get paid while learning and developing these skills!!!!
The program will run for 20 hours per week during the course of the year and will be fully remote! At the end of the program, you could get the opportunity to work on a full-time basis with us at InEvent!

- Have an undergraduate degree or will be graduating soon;

Our One-Year Program Process:
As a selected candidate, you will go through our well-rounded three-month development Bootcamp program where you will be coached and guided by our exceptional team members. The Bootcamp will give you a better understanding of who we are and the various departments that work together at InEvent. At the end of the Bootcamp, an assessment would be conducted to evaluate your understanding and area of strength. This will also give you the insight needed to gain a wider technical perspective on your preferred area of interest. You get to learn about these really cool departments: People and Culture, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product.
After three months, you will be placed in a department decided by the team as your best fit. This placement would be determined by your Bootcamp performance, background, and the department preference you entered during your application. This is where you will spend the remaining 9-months of the program, learning and contributing to the overall success of the department.
Our selection process:
Once we have received your application and you meet the requirements, you will be asked to send a recorded video introduction. We will be asking a few questions that will help us get to know you better. After this, you will be invited for a final interview where we will be deciding if you are the right fit for us. The entire process should take a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 4 weeks.
