ABOUT THE ROLE

InEvent is launching a one-year Graduate Take-Off Program open to recent graduates from all around the world. The program aims to provide candidates with practical training and skill development opportunities needed to identify potential areas of strength and establish a professional foothold. You gain hands-on experience and develop skills that are in demand in the job market while also contributing to the overall goal of our company. The fantastic part of this is that you get paid while learning and developing these skills!!!!
The program will run for 20 hours per week during the course of the year and will be fully remote! At the end of the program, you could get the opportunity to work on a full-time basis with us at InEvent!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review and validate client data on a needs basis using a criteria map;
- Communicate and interact with our sales team on a daily basis to ensure the quality of work;
- Compile and analyze data of company sales and profitability;
- Assist in the development of policies and procedures for the collection and analysis of data;
- Evaluate sales processes, programs, and systems to minimize costs and improve performance;
- Find ways to constantly evolve in sales with the support of your Manager, Innovating and improving in order to reach and exceed individual and team quota.
PRE-REQUISITES:
- 6+ months of sales experience
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence and Analytical tools;
- Solid understanding of lead generation procedures, methods, evaluation criteria and resource planning;
- Experience in Sales and the passion and desire to be successful at software sales ;
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English;
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques;
- Knowledge or experience of software terminology for software sales is a plus.
